Shipping
We know you’re eager to get your items so we offer same business day shipping on orders placed before 3pm and next day shipping for orders placed after 3pm. Orders placed after 1pm on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday morning by 10am.
We are unable to cancel or change an order once it's been placed (included the shipping and or billing address)
While most orders arrive on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues such as weather and seasonal delays.
The Simple Seed is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Stolen or damaged packages
- Replacing lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
*INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are subject to country's duty & tax rates at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied or have changed your mind, you have 14 days from date of delivery to return any unused, full price item. Sale Items, promotional discounts and after season discontinued items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchanges.
To be eligible for a refund
- your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it. Tags must be attached and free of and signs of wear (marks and or scents)
- It must be in the original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date
-Orders that are submitted for a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when they are received and be issued for the total order amount less the shipping charges. If an order is returned due to a address error or refusal to pay taxes and duties, all shipping charges will be paid by customer. The Simple Seed Baby is not responsible for return shipping fees and do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a Simple Seed Store Credit to the gift recipient, once the return has been received.
In the rare case an incorrect item was shipped, arrives damaged or has not been delivered please CONTACT US within 3 days of delivery date with a description & photos of the areas of damage (tags must be attached) or tracking showing it has been delivered, as well as, photos of the packing slip and bag it was shipped in.
International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
